Da Blanche Inn

I stayed here with a bunch of my friends in October 2021 and we had a fantastic time. It's situated a bit away from the bustling metropolis of Shillong which is a plus. The rooms were spacious and very neat. The bathrooms were large and we're stocked with all the basic amenities. Max, who owns the place, is a fantastic guy. Very polite and approachable. He used to make us breakfast every morning. And though the menu was limited, the food was great and the conversations made up for the lack of variety. The biggest draw, however, is Iro - a cute little pup who made our stay even more lovely. If you are in Shillong and looking for a peaceful stay, Da Blanche is the place for you.

Spacious, ultra clean and contemporary rooms. Large bathrooms with modern fitting, fresh and clean linen. Picturesque location, Warm and pleasant staff...the owner was genuinely caring and warm. The place feels like a home away from home

Nestled in the mountains just a stones throw away from the city Centre lies the De Blanche Inn. The rooms are nice and clean, the washrooms hygienic and well maintained. The host Max, is very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the area. This place is ideal to start or end your Meghalaya journey. If you happen to visit the place, do try out the veg pakoras.
